To achieve assigned Unit / value/ Income across product lines. Customer communication. Qualitative: Call Quality/Count of calls/Time on system/ Quality of sales. Digital Product Penetration. Audit and compliance. Have to achieve income targets across Bank product line. Primary responsibilities: The incumbent is responsible for representing the Bank and presenting the bouquet of eligible products to the non-managed customer of the Bank. Educate the customer on the digital products of the Bank. RM is trained to identify the right product for the customer and explain the features and benefits of the product and selling the same for required revenue generation sales and Influencing and Communication Skills Banking Product & Process Knowledge Planning and Organizing Skills Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in the financial Industry. Have to work on holidays (rotational), In different shifts & Comp Off will be provided for working on Holiday Shifts are scheduled basis business requirements not by the employee. Staff should have to work as per the requirements of organization. No transport facility available for any shift.
