Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-oriented Tele Callers to join our team for Tata Capital Housing Finance. The role involves contacting customers via phone to promote housing finance products, follow up on leads, provide customer support, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Explain housing finance products (Home Loans, LAP, etc.) and services.
Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
Follow up on customer inquiries and leads.
Maintain call logs and update CRM/database.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Languages as applicable].
Confidence and ability to handle rejection or objections.
Customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Qualifications:
Minimum HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate preferred.
0–2 years of experience in tele calling, BPO, or customer service.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
