Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products and services.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM.
Schedule and conduct telephonic or virtual meetings with prospects.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned brands.
Handle follow-ups, queries, and client communication professionally.
Support the onboarding of clients, partners, and affiliates.
Maintain accurate sales records and update reports regularly.
Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams for campaign execution.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in Outbound Telesales / Inside Sales / B2B Sales.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, lead conversion, and follow-ups.
Goal-driven, confident, and self-motivated to achieve targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and G-Suite preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
