Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Outbound Calling Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, or conduct surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads.

• Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.

• Generate leads and schedule appointments or demos as required.

• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in CRM or logs.

• Achieve monthly call and conversion targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate when necessary.

• Provide feedback to the team about customer responses or market insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or any graduate.

• Good verbal communication skills in English/Hindi

• Prior experience in outbound calling or telemarketing is an advantage.

• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
