1. Outbound Calling:

   • Make cold or warm calls to potential customers using prepared scripts.

   • Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns, social media, or website inquiries.

2. Sales & Conversion:

   • Persuade customers to purchase products/services by clearly explaining features and benefits.

   • Achieve assigned sales targets and quotas.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

   • Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

   • Handle objections, address customer concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.

4. Database & CRM Management:

   • Maintain detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.

   • Update lead status, call outcomes, and follow-up requirements.

5. Market Research & Feedback:

   • Gather market and customer information to support campaign development.

   • Share feedback with the marketing and product teams to improve service offerings.

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking:

   • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on calls, conversions, and customer feedback.

   • Identify trends and suggest improvements in strategy.

7. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Good communication and persuasion skills

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated

• Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge

• Fluent in relevant languages (local or English, depending on the region)
