About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and result-driven Loan Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves promoting and selling various loan products such as Home Loan, Personal Loan, Mortgage, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Business Loan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, references, field visits, and digital channels.

• Meet and counsel customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.

• Handle end-to-end loan sales process from lead generation to disbursement.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.

• Achieve assigned sales targets for all loan categories.

• Coordinate with credit, operations, and documentation teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and regulatory guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 1–6+ years of experience in Loan Sales / Banking / NBFC.

• Strong knowledge of Home Loan, Personal Loan, Mortgage, LAP & Business Loan products.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented with proven track record of meeting sales goals.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
