Job Title: Business Development Executive – Personal Loan Sales

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) – Personal Loan Sales, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving sales of personal loan products. This role demands a strong understanding of financial products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships while achieving set sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales, referrals, and lead generation.

• Pitch personal loan products to potential customers and guide them through the application process.

• Conduct need-based financial assessments to recommend suitable loan solutions.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure a high conversion rate.

• Build strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

• Ensure complete and accurate documentation for all customer applications.

• Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursal.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors’ offerings, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in personal loan or retail loan sales (BFSI sector preferred).

• Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

• Language: Fluency in English and regional language(s)

• Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Customer acquisition and retention rate
