Job Summary:

Casagrand is looking for a dynamic and driven Home Loan Sales Experienced Candidates

to support our home buyers in securing appropriate home loan solutions. You will act as a

bridge between our customers and financial institutions, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and

customer-friendly loan approval process. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on

customer satisfaction and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist walk-in and booked customers with home loan processing for Casagrand

projects.

 Coordinate and collect required documents from customers and guide them on

eligibility and loan products.

 Maintain strong relationships with bank executives and loan processing teams for

fast-tracking cases.

 Follow up with banks on disbursal and sanction stages.

 Educate customers about loan procedures, interest rates, and documentation.

 Actively push for tie-up banks and suggest optimal home loan products based on

customer profiles.

 Maintain a daily MIS of customer loan progress and status updates.

 Achieve monthly targets of loan conversions and disbursals.
