Role Description

This is a full-time Leadgen Telecaller role located in Bengaluru. The Leadgen Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls to potential customers. The role involves engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and effectively conveying the value proposition of NoBrokerHood's services to drive conversions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi

• Experience in outbound calling and lead generation

• Ability to effectively pitch and sell products or services

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

• Proficiency in using CRM software

• Target-driven and goal-oriented mindset

• Experience in real estate or property management is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
