About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in IT Sales The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proven experience in generating leads, and a track record of achieving sales targets in the IT domain.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT sales (software solutions, services, or products ).
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored IT solutions.
Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demos to clients.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
Key Requirements
2–5 years of proven experience in IT Sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to understand IT products/services and articulate value to clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Immediate to 1-month joiner preferred.
