Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to promote and sell IT products and solutions over the phone. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a basic understanding of IT hardware/software, and a strong drive to achieve sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote IT products ( websites , software, digital services etc.).
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Generate leads, follow up, and maintain a customer database using CRM tools.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide product information and quotations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for business.
Provide regular feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate (IT or Marketing preferred).
Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales (preferably IT products).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Basic knowledge of computers, networking, and software and digital products.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets and reporting metrics.

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience) + incentives
