Job Description: International Voice Process Executive (Night Shift)

Position: International Voice Process Executive
Work Timings: 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
Incentives: Unlimited Incentives
Week Offs: Weekends Off (Every 1st Saturday is a Half Day)
Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass

Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring a positive experience for international clients over voice calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.

• Maintain professionalism and quality in every interaction.

• Achieve performance targets and maximize incentives.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th pass.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work in a night shift (6 PM–4 AM).

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Good listening skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset.

• Candidates must be from Maharashtra or Delhi.
