Work Timings: 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring a positive experience for international clients over voice calls.
Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.
Maintain professionalism and quality in every interaction.
Achieve performance targets and maximize incentives.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed.
Minimum educational qualification: 10th pass.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a night shift (6 PM–4 AM).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Good listening skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
Candidates must be from Maharashtra or Delhi.
