We are seeking motivated Inbound & Outbound Sales Associates to join our dynamic team in Jaipur, India. The ideal candidates should have outbound and inbound sales experience in telemarketing, sales, and prospecting. This role involves working with clients across sectors like UK Life Insurance, Residential Real Estate, and Commercial Financing. If you’re passionate about sales, client interaction, and enjoy collaborating in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!Responsibilities:Generate B2B & B2C outbound & inbound leads on qualified prospects.Prospect new client opportunities and evaluate their revenue potential.Answer inbound leads, qualify prospects, and assist in financing options.Document all customer interactions and details in the CRM system with accuracy.Provide complete pricing and information to help clients secure financing.Schedule appointments with UK office advisors for further consultations.Work collaboratively with the UK team to ensure a smooth customer journey.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.Create and maintain a positive brand image and awareness.Ensure the confidentiality of customer information.Engage in outbound calling across various verticals, such as Life Insurance, Critical Insurance, Business Loans, Property Finance, etc.Skills & Qualifications:Outbound/Inbound sales experience is a must (sales, telemarketing, and prospecting).Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).Strong analytical and logical skills.Graduate or undergraduate (including drop-outs) with strong communication skills.0-2 years of experience in UK Sales Campaigns.High comfort level with using online software products.Strong business acumen, ethics, and integrity.Excellent time management, self-discipline, and organizational skills.Quick learner with a positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
