Job Summary:
We are hiring energetic and persuasive Telecallers to join our vibrant
team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads and
driving sales of our industry-relevant eLearning courses. This is an

Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Edtia’s
eLearning programs.
● Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with
their career goals.
● Generate leads by identifying decision-makers and scheduling
follow-up calls or demos.
● Maintain and update the prospective client database through CRM
tools.
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and
sales.
● Address customer queries with professionalism and ensure a
seamless experience.
● Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation and
conversion strategies.
● Stay informed about EdTech trends, product updates, and
competitors’ offerings.
