The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional customer support through voice, assisting with inquiries, complaints, and product/service information.
Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and first-call resolution.
Stay updated on product details and services to offer accurate information and effective solutions
