The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Telecallers / Tele Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management & Sales: Making outbound calls, explaining products/services, following up on leads, and closing sales.

• Record Keeping & Target Achievement: Maintaining records of daily calls/responses and meeting weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Customer Service: Handling customer queries and providing effective solutions.

• Lead Generation: Actively generating new leads.
  

Job Requirements:

• Ability to persuade and negotiate.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools.

• Being target-driven and result-oriented is essential.

• Prior experience in telesales or customer service is considered a plus.
  

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Night shift (8 PM - 4:30 AM).
