About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive/Sr Sales Executive to expand our global customer base and drive revenue growth in domestic markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients across cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in domestic market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales support.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand globally.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure client satisfaction and seamless order fulfillment.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in domestic/ international sales or business development.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
