Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, demonstrate strong communication skills, and be comfortable managing a dynamic schedule and handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
•Prepare and organize internal and external meetings, including agendas and minutes.
•Handle confidential correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO.
•Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
•Draft reports, emails, presentations, and other documents as needed.
•Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of delegated tasks.
•Assist in event planning and company communications.
•Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
•Minimum 1 year of experience in an executive or administrative assistant role.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•High level of discretion and professionalism.
Preferred:
•Experience supporting C-level executives.
•Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
