Clarus Telecom is hiring hardcore international sales executives for its telecom sales process. This is a manual dialer role – candidates must generate their own leads, pitch, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate your own leads through cold calling, online research, and outbound sales efforts.
Pitch telecom services to international clients.
Handle objections confidently and close sales.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets.
Maintain proper call and lead records.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 6 months experience in international outbound sales / cold calling / lead generation (Telecom, Insurance, Mortgage, Energy, IT Sales preferred).
Excellent English communication with neutral accent.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, aggressive, and money-driven.
Comfortable with manual dialer + self-lead generation process.
