Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers from provided leads to sell life/general/health insurance policies.
Explain policy features, premium details, and benefits clearly and convincingly.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Follow up with interested prospects to close the sale.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls and sales data in CRM.
Adhere to compliance and quality standards as per IRDAI guidelines.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
