Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

• Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• Should be a graduate.

• Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the insurance sector.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Target-driven with a passion for sales.

• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle rejections positively.

• English proficiency should be good.
