We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Motor Insurance Executive to handle end-to-end processes related to motor insurance. The role involves interacting with customer, understanding their requirements, providing suitable insurance solutions, and ensuring smooth policy servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle new motor insurance policies (private cars, commercial vehicles).

• Provide accurate information on premium, coverage, add-ons.

• Generate quotes, compare policies across different insurers, and suggest the best options to customers.

• Maintain and update customer records in the system.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, endorsement, cancellations, and claim support.

• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the organization.

• Keep updated with the latest products, IRDAI regulations, and market trends in motor insurance.
