Handle inbound calls for customer queries, policy renewals, and support.
Explain insurance policy terms, benefits, and eligibility clearly to customers.
Generate leads and follow up with prospects to convert them into sales.
Assist customers with documentation and the application process.
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Handle customer objections and resolve queries in a professional manner.
Coordinate with the backend team for policy issuance or claim-related queries.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines during all customer interactions.
