Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Investments Sales team. The role involves telephonic outreach to existing and potential customers to promote and sell a range of investment products such as mutual funds, SIPs, and other wealth management offerings.

This position is open exclusively to female candidates with at least 1 year of experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively call customers to understand their investment needs and pitch suitable products.

• Educate clients on product features, benefits, and risks.

• Follow up with potential leads and convert inquiries into sales.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated with market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes.

• Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales/customer service in the BFSI domain.

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Candidates with finance-related certifications preferred).

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication in English and local language(s).

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.

• Basic knowledge of investment products like Mutual Funds, SIPs, etc.

• Comfortable with outbound calling and target-driven roles.

• Preferred Qualifications:NISM Certification in Mutual Funds (desirable but not mandatory).

• Prior experience in telesales or call center handling financial products.
