Job Summary:
The Insurance Advisor is responsible for identifying prospective customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable insurance solutions. The role involves promoting various life, health, or general insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans (life, health, General etc.).
Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly to clients.
Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and service.
Ensure complete documentation and compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines.
Stay updated with new insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: HSC(With 1 year experience on paper.) / Graduate (any stream).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Prior experience in insurance or financial sales will be an added advantage.
