Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification: Research and identify potential leads; qualify them based on interest, budget, and decision-making authority.
Product Knowledge & Consultative Selling: Understand and communicate the benefits of Wondrx’s products; tailor solutions to client needs.
Sales Process & Closing: Manage the sales pipeline, move leads through stages, handle objections, and close deals.
Collaboration: Work with marketing, customer service, and field sales teams to align efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track progress, and report on sales activity.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies, especially in regulated sectors.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 6+ years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
