Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain the company’s products/services clearly and persuasively.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
Handle customer questions, concerns, and feedback professionally.
Schedule appointments or demos for field sales teams, if required.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Share updates and reports with the team leader or manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills in [choose language(s): English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.].
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer skills (CRM usage, Excel, etc.).
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
