Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves engaging with potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries.
● Conduct product/service presentations and demos virtually to potential customers.
● Understand customer needs and requirements and offer solutions that align with their goals.
● Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and maintain a high conversion rate.
● Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and customer information.
● Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
● Coordinate with field sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
● Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity. ● Prepare and share regular sales reports with the management team.
Qualifications:
● 12th Pass / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● 0-1 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections effectively.
● Comfortable with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
● Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
● Good organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills:
● Prior experience in [industry, e.g., SaaS, B2B, Edtech] is a plus.
● Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or cold outreach tools.
● Knowledge of lead generation and sales funnel management.
● Experience in virtual selling and remote sales processes.
