Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls to generate sales opportunities
Engage with existing customers to understand their usage and business needs
Present product offerings clearly and persuasively
Follow up with leads to move them through the sales pipeline
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM
Identify opportunities to upsell higher-value plans or additional features
Recommend complementary products/services to enhance customer value
Educate customers about new offerings, features, and upgrades
Achieve monthly upsell/cross-sell targets with strong customer focus
Build trusted, long-term customer relationships
Resolve customer queries related to product features, pricing, and services
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing objections effectively
Work closely with Sales Managers to achieve weekly and monthly targets
Prepare and share sales reports, call outcomes, and pipeline summaries
Contribute feedback to product and marketing teams to improve offerings
Bachelor’s degree in any field
6 months – 3 years of relevant inside sales experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
Proven experience in upselling or cross-selling is a strong advantage
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability
Comfortable working with CRM tools and MS Office
