Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and support the sales process.
Manage and update sales data accurately in CRM systems and reports.
Assist the sales team with proposals, follow-ups, and client coordination.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets related to leads, calls, and conversions.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams for timely updates and issue resolution.

Minimum education: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
0–6+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, or Customer Support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
