Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and goal oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of our educational course materials. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the education or edtech sector. The role requires excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu, as you will be engaging with prospective students and parents over phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell educational course materials.
Explain course features, benefits, and pricing clearly in Hindi, English, and Telugu based on the customer's language preference.
Understand customer needs and suggest the most suitable course options.
Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email to close sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in education, edtech, or telecalling.
Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Compensation
₹3LPA to 4.5 LPA (based on experience, interview performance and qualifications)
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
