Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries for dental equipment.
Engage with dentists, clinics, and distributors to understand requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, specifications, and pricing effectively to potential customers.
Generate new leads through prospecting and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Convert leads into orders and meet monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with the operations team for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with clients.
Keep updated with new product launches, offers, and industry trends.
Maintain accurate records in CRM / sales database.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / B2B Sales (experience in dental/medical equipment preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English (Kannada/Hindi will be an added advantage).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical product details and explain them clearly.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
