Handle inbound and outbound calls with dental clinics, hospitals, and distributors to promote company products.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and online platforms.
Understand customer needs, provide product information, and offer suitable solutions.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product presentations with clients.
Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams for order processing and timely delivery.
Maintain and update customer records and sales reports in CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide feedback from customers to the product and marketing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
Strong selling and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of dental equipment or medical devices (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Commerce, or related fields (Preferred: Dental/Healthcare background).
1–3 years of inside sales/tele sales experience in medical or dental equipment preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
