We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive who can connect with e-commerce sellers, understand their requirements, and provide the right Easy Works solutions over calls, emails, and online platforms.
Handle incoming leads and generate new leads through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.
Pitch Easy Works’ services (Virtual Office, Fixed Desk, Shared Desk, GST Registration, Compliance, Accounting, etc.) to prospective clients.
Understand seller challenges on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify, and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to close deals.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Update and maintain client data, interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field preferred.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in inside sales / telesales / business development (preferably in e-commerce services, SaaS, or compliance-related industries). Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to explain services clearly and handle objections confidently.
Knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
