We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, presenting our products/services, and closing sales to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a resilient attitude towards rejection. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services.

• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

• Persuade customers to purchase and close sales deals efficiently and accurately.

• Manage customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

• Generate new leads for the field sales team where applicable.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role.

• Strong track record of successfully meeting sales targets.

• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.

• Ability to handle rejection calmly and maintain a positive, resilient attitude.

• Proficiency in relevant computer programs and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification (a degree in a related field is a plus)
