Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Inside Sales Executive to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling IT products, software solutions, or services. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals—primarily through phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research targeting businesses in need of IT solutions.

• Understand client IT needs and recommend suitable products or services.

• Qualify incoming leads and follow up to convert them into opportunities.

• Schedule product demos and coordinate with the technical/pre-sales team.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM tools.

• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in the IT industry and products/services offered by the company.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT or software domain.

• Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM platforms.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
