Job Description - Inside Sales Calling Process
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in the Outbound call based sales process. In this role, you will engage with potential lead customers via calls , understand their diagnostic needs, recommend appropriate services or health packages, and convert into confirmed bookings. This is a voice role ideal for candidates with strong verbal communication skills and a sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
● Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote diagnostic services and health packages.
● Understand customers’ health requirements and suggest appropriate diagnostic solutions.
● Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and offers to encourage bookings.
● Effectively handle objections and questions to build trust and drive conversions.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM.
● Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to close sales.
● Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.
● Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Graduate (any stream) or equivalent qualification.
● 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer service (healthcare industry experience preferred).
● Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
● Strong listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs.
● Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
● Proficiency in using CRM tools and system usage.
