We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our team. As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales.
Call potential customers from the provided database or leads
Pitch products/services and explain features, pricing, and benefits
Handle customer questions, objections, and queries effectively
Follow up on leads and maintain strong follow-through
Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions
Coordinate with the sales or support team when needed for closures
Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language)
Confident and persuasive over the phone
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email, etc.)
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven
Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus
