About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to expand our network of digital financial service providers. This role involves promoting and onboarding retailers for services like Immediate National Money Transfer (INMT), Domestic Money Transfer (DMT), Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AePS), and Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS).

You will be the face of our brand in the field, helping local businesses adopt digital financial solutions and empowering communities through fintech.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard local retailers, kirana stores, CSC centers, and mobile recharge shops.

Educate retailers on our digital platforms: DMT, INMT, AePS, BBPS.

Ensure successful activation and usage of fintech services by retailers.

Achieve monthly onboarding and transaction targets.

Maintain strong relationships and provide ongoing support to retailers.

Share timely reports and insights with the Area Sales Manager.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

Experience:

0–3 years in field sales, fintech, or retail financial services

Freshers with strong local connections and communication skills are encouraged to apply

Key Skills Required:

Understanding of digital payment systems (DMT, AePS, INMT, BBPS)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in the local language (mandatory); Hindi/English preferred

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on field
