We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join our team at at Jainam Invamed Private Limited (Allmask.in). The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Presentation of new products to Brands.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.

- Set sales object for the team and monitor performance.

- Identify new market opportunities and develop action plans.

- Develop relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

- Lead negotiations and close orders.

- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely production and delivery.

- Need aggressive and multi tasker.

- Provide market insights to the R&D team for product improvement.

Skills:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetic or FMCG industry. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
