Key Responsibilities:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.
Understand customer needs and requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
Route qualified leads to appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Close sales and achieve quarterly revenue targets.
Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest.
Maintain and expand a strong database of leads and prospects within the assigned territory.
Collaborate with channel partners to build a robust sales pipeline and close deals.
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in inside sales.
Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong phone presence with experience in handling a high volume of calls per day.
Proficiency with productivity tools and web-based presentation platforms.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and prioritize work.
Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass).
