We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Inside Sales Executives (BDEs) to join our business development team. In this role, you will engage with international clients and senior management, promote our events and services, and drive qualified leads for the company. You will also coordinate directly with our overseas management teams to explain the value and structure of our business events.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential international clients via calls and emails.
Understand client requirements and pitch IBEFORUM’s events and offerings effectively.
Generate and nurture qualified B2B leads across global markets.
Coordinate with our international management teams to explain event formats, agendas, and delegate profiles.
Set up and schedule meetings with clients and decision-makers.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status using CRM tools.
Ensure consistent achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize client engagement and retention.
Requirements:
Education: Any Graduate (any stream).
Experience: 0 to 2 years in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation (preferably in B2B or event sales).
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
Ability to communicate confidently with international clients and management.
Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to work in Night Shift (US time zone).
Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) is a plus.
