Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound lead follow-ups.
Understand client needs and present appropriate product/service solutions.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and update CRM with accurate information.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns effectively.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Conduct virtual meetings, product demos, or presentations for prospective clients.
Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
6 months to 1 years of inside sales, tele-sales, or business development experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc., preferred).
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
