Role & Responsibilities
Outbound Calls:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products or services. Engage with customers to understand their needs and interests.
• Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
Customer Engagement:
• Provide accurate information about product, service and promotions.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Sales and Lead Generation:
Data Management:
• Update customer information in the database accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions and sales.
• Prepare and submit call reports and performance metrics.
Follow-Up:
• Conduct follow-up calls to customers who have shown interest or made previous inquiries.
• Ensure timely and effective follow-up to convert leads into sales.
Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies.
