We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for connecting with customers across India over phone and digital channels, driving sales, and ensuring excellent service. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and are fluent in regional Indian languages.
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to pitch AGRIM’s offerings.
Handle inbound sales inquiries professionally and effectively.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain customer records and interactions using CRM tools.
Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
Provide post-sales support and handle customer feedback efficiently.
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer support, or related roles.
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
Must be fluent in Hindi and at least one of the following regional languages:
Marathi
Telugu
Kannada
Tamil
Bengali
Odiya
Punjabi
Malayalam
Assamese
Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Salary: Based on interview performance
Incentives: Unlimited earning potential (₹30,000 to ₹60,000/month or more)
