Sales Executive (Fresher) – Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Executive (Fresher) who is driven, persuasive, and eager to learn and grow in sales. The role involves the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are confident communicators and willing to take ownership of their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach

Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, databases, and other sources.
•
Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and cold calling to pitch our services.
•
Nurture leads by understanding their requirements and presenting tailored solutions.
Sales & Closing Deals
•
Conduct sales calls and meetings to convince and convert leads into clients.
•
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and other terms to close deals successfully.
•
Overcome objections and provide solutions to client concerns.
Relationship Management & Follow-ups
•
Maintain and build long-term relationships with clients.
•
Ensure client onboarding is smooth post-sale.
•
Follow up on client needs and identify upsell opportunities.
Coordination & Reporting
•
Work closely with the strategy, execution, and client relationship teams to ensure a smooth transition post-sale.
•
Maintain a database of leads, sales activities, and deal progress.
•
Track performance metrics and report on sales goals.
Requirements:
•
Freshers are welcome! No prior experience required.
•
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
•
Proficiency in email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and basic sales tools.
•
Ability to handle objections, think on your feet, and close deals.
•
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
Preferred Qualifications (a plus):
•
Basic understanding of B2B sales and client acquisition.
•
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
