•Job Description – Hotel Booking Sales Executive
Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated sales professional to join our hotel‑booking sales team. You’ll be responsible for driving direct bookings, upselling ancillary services, and building strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and individual guests. Your target‑driven approach will help us exceed revenue goals while delivering a seamless booking experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing clients (via phone, email, chat) to promote our hotel’s inventory and special packages.
- Manage a daily pipeline of leads, converting inquiries into confirmed reservations.
- Upsell add‑ons such as airport transfers, early‑check‑in, late‑check‑out, and dining credits.
- Coordinate with the front‑desk, housekeeping, and revenue management teams to ensure accurate availability and pricing.
- Track all interactions in our CRM, meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas.
- Provide feedback on market trends, pcompetitor activity, and customer preferences to the sales lead.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and occasional on‑site events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel sales, travel agency operations, or B2B/B2C sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages (Hindi, Spanish, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and global distribution systems (GDS) preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
