Guide new and existing centers regarding registration process, document submission, fee structure, and panel login.
Answer queries related to wallet recharge, certification, course enrollment, and renewal.
Campaign Calling
Work on calling lists from WhatsApp/Facebook/Instagram campaigns and other lead generation sources.
Convert interested social media leads into verified admissions or franchisee partners.
Communication & Support
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and basic email inquiries professionally.
Maintain polite, positive, and helpful communication at all times.
Target Achievement
Meet daily/weekly calling targets and conversion goals set by the team leader or management.
Suggest offers or schemes to increase conversions.
Reporting
Submit daily and weekly reports of call status, lead progress, and closures to the team head.
Training & Feedback
Participate in training sessions for new courses, offers, and CRM tools.
Share feedback from callers for service improvement.
