Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt. Ltd. – India’s largest loan distributor – is expanding its Health Insurance vertical in Noida. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader who can lead, motivate, and grow a team of Sales Executives.
Your Role as a Team Leader
• Lead a team of Health Insurance Sales Executives (4–10 members).
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of daily & monthly sales targets.
• Provide training, motivation, and on-the-job support to team members.
• Guide the team in calling, meeting clients, and closing sales.
• Manage leads and allocate them effectively among the team.
• Assist team members in customer meetings to close high-value cases.
• Maintain MIS reports, track performance, and share daily updates.
• Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines.
Team Responsibilities (Your Team’s Role)
• Call and meet customers to promote Health Insurance plans.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable policies.
• Generate leads through cold calling, references, & online sources.
• Maintain relationships for renewals and customer support.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Who Can Apply
2–5 years ‘experience in Health Insurance Sales
Minimum 1 year of team handling experience
Strong communication, leadership & people management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
