Job Summary:
As a Chat Associate at Smart Coin, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing real-time support and resolving their queries through online chat. You will be responsible for delivering efficient, accurate, and friendly service, ensuring a positive customer experience. Your ability to multitask, communicate clearly in writing, and problem-solve effectively will be crucial to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Understand customer issues, provide relevant information, and offer effective solutions.
• Navigate internal systems and knowledge bases to access necessary information.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and completely.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic approach while interacting with customers.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a chat support environment.
• Excellent written communication skills in both Hindi and English (compulsory).

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
